At a recent lunch meeting, courtesy of the folks at the Marriott, members of our Steering Committee negotiated the following details for our August 2012 Military Gala.

The actual cue to cue of the Ball is still in the works but, the majority of  relevant details are presented here.

Below you will find the details the representatives of the steering committee  agreed upon for the event.

Our heartfelt thanks to all the steering committee members that brought this to fruition and to those of you who offered suggestions and insights for the planning of this event.  Please forgive us for not listing every one’s name but, we believe the credit here must go to the group at large rather than to a few people. Besides, we will recognize Alumni merits during the opening ceremony at the ball.

To that effect, we will send out a form to nominate Cadet Alumni and relevant members of the extended MMA community for their contributions to MMA, its spirit and, our communities.

Plan early to attend the Ball and, make sure you let us know if there are any special needs we may be able to help with. You may leave a comment here or, post a message at our Facebook page:

Be sure to visit the FB page and say hi frequently.  Alumni networking  is allowed and encouraged, we just ask that you do not post ads, merchandising messages or other non MMA relevant items without first posting a note asking for general consent from at least one of the  page admins.

The Weekend Event price is $130 (including tax & tip).  This includes an informal get together with hors d’oeuvres on Friday night, a formal dinner on Saturday night with hors d’oeuvres, a four hour open bar, DJ, dancing and raffle prizes.
